About the JCRC:

“Justice, Justice you shall pursue,” we read in Deuteronomy 16:20.

Our JCRC works to:

• Promote mutual understanding, collaboration, and advocacy for Jewish interests in the community among greater community partners such as the El Paso Chamber (of Commerce), El Paso Community Foundation, El Paso Holocaust Museum & Study Center, Las Cruces Chamber of Commerce, Las Cruces Green Chamber, Paso del Norte Community Foundation, United Way of El Paso County, YWCA, and more.

• Develop an intelligent and effective public opinion within and outside the Jewish community on Jewish community relations problems, concerns, and commitments.

• Educate through special programming to promote human dignity, individual rights, and fraternal relationships across religious, racial, and ethnic lines and groups. These events include Shofar Across Borders, Chanukah @ The Plaza, legislative updates, and promoting Jewish culture.
